SUMMARY

John Wienecke is a Self Mastery and Leadership Coach and a founder of Dynamic Evolution. His specialty is career design and leadership development, with a specialty in developing successful long term fulfilling relationships. He is a member of the International Coaches Federation and currently participating in CTI certification program to be designated as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

John has 35 years of corporate experience in Technology Application Design and Implementation, with the last 28 years as an executive for a major global financial service institution delivering new innovative services to customers around the world. The corporation received many awards and recognition for innovation as a result of this work. Much of this work demanded creativity, innovation, leadership, courage, utilization of leading edge technologies, while building and managing large teams across multiple continents. All this while being a dedicated family man, husband, friend and little league coach.

John also has been working in the area of personal development since 1977. One of his major life changing events occurred when his first wife, Marcie, found out she had cancer with 4 to 6 weeks to live. This started them on a miraculous journey grounded in their declaration that their lives would be a light for others. Marcie lived for 13 glorious months where she grew in her acceptance of herself and her outward expression of love for others. In every aspect her relationship with people grew, and with it, her love of herself expressed through her love of others. There is nothing more precious than giving someone unconditional love, and in that space one provides, they become and express that love. Moved by her experience, Jane Abbott, a New York film producer, made a documentary of Marcie and John’s journey during these months titled, “No Brief Candle”. There is no shortage of love; the more you give the more you have. John is now happily married to Theresa and has 3 children; Alexander, Michelle and Scott.
