This is designed for people that want to direct their career, want to develop mastery in an area that has meaning to them and to do something of service that is larger than themselves. The focus here will be developing purpose, vision and goals, linking them to current company objectives and laying out a road map to get there. As a result of this coaching session, the client will have greater clarity of career vision, have a clear action plan to move this forward and have improved performance.
